I love this coloring book It is really great to find out what you are coloring after you do it. However, the pencils that you buy extra should, Ii think, be more coordinated with the coloring book. Not all the colors of the pencil set seem to be the same colors as the finished product shows.

Wish the colored pencils were able to be darker to hide the numbers under the colors. Otherwise the drawings and dot-to-dot are a nice diversive activity.

Because I have some trouble with seeing at times I was optimistic when I bought this book but if I use good light I should be able to enjoy it. lol The connect the dot pictures have 100 to 200 dots. They are not children's pictures. It's a good way to get your feet wet if you haven't been adult coloring before or if you prefer some guidance on what colors to use etc. (the color by number).

I ordered this for a friend of mine who is probably 20 years older than I am (and I am pretty old). At one time in her life she did wonderful basket weaving, painting, pictures of old churches, etc. Now I send her various kinds of books and cards to be colored in. When I talked to her, she said that she loved the book and it was helping her to avoid too much computer gaming. I'd say that's a great endorsement.
