I just placed this up against the wall on top of my credenza (no glue, nails, etc.) and it lights up the wall beautifully. I would have given it 5 stars except the directions were annoying and it comes from China.

My 10-year-old granddaughter loves peacocks and had to accept that she was only going to get this version of one in place of the real one she really wants. But she loves it! She loves that she can change the colors and control it from her bed with the remote it comes with. The light tail extends about 3 up the wall and hits the ceiling with spots of light, even if you cant see the feathers all the way up the wall. Trying different locations and angles help improve the effect for those who were disappointed in the size of the area of the lights.
