I really loved the history and beauty of the country. I was thrilled to see some of the Aran Islands covered in this. I know a lot of people will want to see this and will enjoy it as much as I did.

Fascinating history of a magical land
Review by Celtgal on 12/03/21 review stating Fascinating history of a magical land
It was beyond exciting to be able to revisit history for what felt like a first-hand exploration of the land of my ancestors. I was able to connect with its history - and with how the country and its spellbinding history evolved - in a truly personal way. Thanks for making available this wonderful scenic and descriptive story of the magic that is Ireland. Kudos to all concerned!

So much outstanding information. So many things that I never imagined and vaguely remember that I had learned about many years ago and forgotten. Makes me want to book a flight on Aer Lingus. I have Irish heritage and viewing this DVD rekindles the Irishness in my soul.

I wanted to give this 5 stars...it is excellent, but......it supposed to be Closed Captioned and no where could we find this feature in the menu. Most of the commentary was done by Irish people and their accents made it hard to understand. Excellent content and photography!
