Viewers follow along as they source fresh regional ingredients for their dishes and meet with food purveyors and artisans. The hosts and chefs collaborate to prepare a spontaneous multi-course menu for an eclectic group of diners who sit down to enjoy spectacular pop-up meals hosted in stunning and often surprising settings. At each featured location, viewers have the opportunity to learn about the chefs, their culinary styles and gastronomic muses, and experience their characteristic approach to creating both new recipes and classic traditional dishes.
