Excellent Video for Educators and Supervisors

As a Professor, I have shown this video many times to my students who are going to be teachers and those who are going to be human service workers. There isnt a better video to explain motivation and how to encourage others to achieve their goals. It is great for superisors and people in business. I highly recommend it.

I borowed this from the resource center at my sons school. It has so much vital information I decided to order it along with the book. All parents would benefit from having this on their bookshelfs and schools should make it mandatory that the teachers view it. The insturctor, Richard Lavoie, makes you think and laugh at the same time. Everything he explains makes all the sense in the world. Lots of A HA moments.
