Good news I found the contents superb . Bad news I can barely pick the book up. Would have been more convenient thumbing through and hunting to explore the contents if it was divided into other volumes. Really I need an book stand.

Bought this edition for my daughter and she is enjoying it very much. They have tested everyone of the recipes on the TV shows and include all the notes to how the recipe came about. Every recipe you could possible ever need or want in every season of their shows is in the book.

The reviews and recipes are wonderful. My only regret is that it isnt produced in separate volumes because it is so heavy and cumbersome. The only way to use it is sitting down at a table or standing up at a counter. I like to read recipes while in my recliner, then I record ones I intend to try in the next few weeks. The book is far too large to use in that manner. Otherwise it is a gem!

I love their show. All recipes have been tested over and over to get the best version poible. They have done all the work for us. Their product reviews are excellent. This cookbook has all of their shows recipes and products, including 2021. Best cookbook I've bought since my original Julia Child's years ago.
