This is a beautiful book to browse through. Every recipe has a full page photo of the final result. It is also full of practical tips. For example, I learned a better way to peel a boiled egg. There are many of these recipes I probably wont try just because I dont want to spend that much time cooking or because they require special ingredients, but I can modify them to produce food that will be almost as good and easier to prepare.
