The Vienna Philharmonic Summer Night Concert was held on Friday, June 18th, 2021. This will be a truly special experience as the Philharmonic welcomes conductor Daniel Harding for the first time. Harding is a renowned conductor and part-time Air France pilot. The scenic outdoor event will be held in the park of Schönbrunn Palace. The soloist will be Igor Levit, and compositions by Bernstein, Verdi, Rachmaninov, Sibelius, Elgar, Debussy and Holst will be performed with this year’s theme, “Yearning for Distant Places.”
