Many hours of the wonderful entertainment

This is my very favorite by far of all PBS series and I am so glad to own it and support programming of this exceptional quality. Can't wait to watch and buy Season 4 too!

Wonderful series!

We are on season 3 now and love it! Engaging story lines for that time in history with wonderful characters that drawn you in more and more with each episode. Also, the love for animals and the beautiful scenery are always present and inspiring.

One of PSBs best!

This was such a wonderful series. I read all of the books when I was young and enjoyed them so much. This series is so well done, you really fall in love with James, Seigfried and the rest.

We Love All Creatures Great and Small

Its one of the few British Films we see that isnt a murder mystery. Its so real and based on true stories from the not-so-distant past. We hope they keep making more episodes from this, and all his books and experiences.

These are charming, heartwarming stories

These are charming, heartwarming stories about animals and about people, about a time when people cared for animals and cared for each other. It is nice to know that they are based on true life experiences of a country vet.

Love the country side

I was a 3 month visitor in England while hubby was on consultant assignment. I traveled England with my BritRail pass and USA passport in hand. I became very familiar with the London Underground and various train stations. I came away with a love of England - first, its people; second its heritage; third its scenery. I have returned to the UK several times and always come away with the treasure that is Great Britain. Creatures Great and Small introduces the USA public to the wonders of GB.

I loved this movie series! Its superb! The scenery is gorgeous! The actors and actresses are perfect! Favorite movie of mine. I am ordering two DVDs for my own collection and for friends to watch.
