This book is a unique, musical delight of bird songs. Love it!

I gave this to my niece as a gift, and was told this is just so cool - I mean it. Its fun and full of information. For anyone who loves birds, this is excellent.

This is very handy for identifying birds I cannot see in the trees. I would like to see an edition that is more specific to birds in different regions.

A very nice well illustrated hard cover book with real in the field recorded bird songs.

The bird calls recorded from the Cornell Ornithology Lab are very good. The drawings of the birds are very average compared to what is available from many other sources that I have.

For someone like myself whose eyesight is less than great, this will be a big help in identifying the birds I hear in my neighborhood. Itll get lots of use.

This was a great Fathers Day gift for my husband. We live near woods and have several bird feeders, and he is a faithful provider for these dear creatures. We often sit on our patio and listen to them and wonder which ones we are hearing. Now, we take the book out and have fun trying to identify their birdcalls. Its a beautiful book with easy to use instructions and lovely photography, along with narratives for each bird. There are 250 represented, so it is very inclusive.
