Wow! What a documentary! I was 14 years old when Chernobyl happened. I didnt realize what the accident left behind. It is eery strange to see how time stood still in the towns that were deserted. The great irony is the wilderness of paradise that one of the greatest human catastrophe left behind. How life went on without humans. It was absolutely haunting.Truly amazing!

Jungle Eagle
Review by Bufeo D. review stating Jungle Eagle
I lived in the Ecuadorian Amazon for 14 years and was fortunate to have had the opportunity to observe these magnificent birds of prey. Jungle Eagle was one of the most informative, accurate and captivating documentaries I have seen and a definite must in my collection. The cameramen takes us into the mysterious and unknown world of the Harpy Eagle with rare footage of a nestling during its various stages of growth. The cameramen clearly showed his love and concern for the Harpy Eagle family and the flora and fauna of their surrounding forest. Their paion is contagious. I especially enjoyed the wildlife footage and the forest sounds which brought back many fond memories. Observing the Red-rumped Caciques, the Ara_aris and the two species of primates in close proximity to the Harpy Eagle family was an added plus. This NATURE documentary is a must for those who wish to gain valuable new insight into this marvelous forest eagle.
