Lee Albert is a treasure who is based at the amazing Kripalu Center. Teamed up with Peggy Cappy, they provide clear, easy to follow yoga postures and stretches to keep yourself limber and pain free. You dont need to have a serious issue to follow this program. Its a great daily practice.
