Less Talk, More Close Up Video

Theres no doubt about the high quality of Big Blue Live. What was shown was incredibly beautiful, BUT too much commentary about things too far away to see. The narrator often talked about things too far away to be seen. Underwater on the water photography of otters whales was beautiful. It was just the strange talk by the narrator about things you couldnt really see that was frustrating.

Big Blue Live is BIG FUN!!!

This is an excellent video that covers life in and around the bay of Monterey. I had the pleasure of being in Monterey when this was filmed and I have to say that it totally nails what life in the bay is like. It was an unprecedented year for the Monterey Bay in terms of the amount of sea life coming in and this is all captured on this video. They have live footage from the bay in addition to numerous experts from the Monterey Bay Aquarium talking about the large influx of sea life. If you love sea creatures, you cant go wrong with this video. I highly recommend it and even bought a second one for my parents. Yes, its THAT good!
